King Road Brewing Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help drive the next stage of our food offering. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys a busy hospitality environment, takes pride in quality food and wants to build a strong, reliable kitchen team.

Key responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of chefs and dish crew
Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Manage kitchen organisation, ordering, stock control and food costs
Develop and maintain menus alongside management
Manage kitchen rosters and team performance
Ensure food safety, cleanliness and compliance standards are maintained




Work closely with the venue and management team to deliver a outstanding customer experience

About you
Has proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader
Is confident leading and developing a team
Can remain calm and organised in a busy service
Takes pride in producing consistently positive food
Is a strong communicator and team player
Wants to take ownership and make the kitchen their own
