We're seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join a large-scale government ICT environment, supporting critical business applications across SAP and Salesforce platforms.

This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced support qualified who enjoys investigating complex issues, working with stakeholders and driving effective incident resolution.

Key skills and experience:
5+ years' experience in ICT application support.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP or Salesforce platforms.
Strong understanding of ITIL, incident management and ITSM tools.
Experience investigating, triaging and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.
Solid stakeholder engagement skills, working across business teams and external vendors.
Experience supporting system testing, UAT and software release cycles.
Microsoft Excel data analysis and reporting skills will be highly regarded.
Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
Must be eligible to obtain NV1 security clearance.
