Allianz Australia is seeking a Claims Delivery Lead for Club Marine in Melbourne on a 12-month contract. You will provide strategy and leadership across workforce planning, customer experience, compliance, and change management to meet service, cost and regulatory targets.

You will manage end-to-end delivery of claims processes, collaborate with IT, Strategy, Risk and Finance, and drive process improvements and adoption of recent technologies while leading onshore and offshore teams.
