Black Box is seeking an experienced account executive in Melbourne to drive current business and manage key client relationships.
You will own RFQ/RFI/RFP processes, develop quotes with the Solutions team, and lead proposals that demonstrate value across CX technologies.
The role requires 6+ years of quota-driven sales in CX (CCaaS) and a strong track record in strategic selling, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
