Queensland Health is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join the Transition Care Program in Cairns / Gordonvale.
You will assess, intervene and provide case management for frail elderly clients, coordinating with families and other health professionals.
You will contribute to program development, promote evidence-based practices, and work within an inclusive, supportive hospital service that values work-life balance and regional opportunities in Far North Queensland.
