VENTORA Glass VIC, part of the VENTORA Group operates a site in Rowville which houses a range of processes including cutting, finishing, heat treatment and coating glass for a range of customers using both semi and fully automatic machinery. The site has approximately 100 employees over 3 shifts.

Due to growth within the business, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Technicians to join our Maintenance team on afternoon shift.

Required Attributes
Have a minimum of 3 years well-rounded experience as an Electrical Technician working in an industrial environment.
Be trade qualified in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Be proficient in basic mechanical maintenance tasks.
A safety-first work ethic.
Have pride in your work
Be a strong team player.
Flexible to work different shifts depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities




Provide high quality preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of fully automatic and semi automatic machines in a protected manner.
Conduct machine inspections, installation and take part in improvement works.
The ability to fault find and rectify production stopping issues quickly and safely.
Work with a CMMS system and record data.
Help maintain a clean and productive workshop and storage areas.

Salary

In return, Ventora are offering a start rate of $60 per hour, plus 15% shift loading to be reviewed after probation.
