We have an exciting chance for a Maintenance Supervisor. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will have sound understanding of risk management, workplace safety, be forward thinking and an active leader in showcasing your skillset in supporting the development of the maintenance and public area cleaning team and ensuring compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Working knowledge of building maintenance across a broad range of skill sets
Ability to independently manage a small team to keep the property in pristine condition for our guests
Ability to think outside of the square to be creative in finding solutions to all issues
Coordinate work performed by external contractors
Computer proficient with the ability to operate building management systems and rostering systems.




Able to communicate both verbally and written with other members of the senior management team
Be proficient in reporting and communicating goals and strategies
Knowledge of Standard Operation Procedures and Safe Work Method Statements.
Availability to work on weekends or be on call when required

Qualifications & experience
Experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
Previous managerial experience with robust leadership skills
Any relevant trade certification that may assist with fulfilling the role
A great attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
