This is a working partnership, not a passive investment.
Two routes, depending on where you are up to:
Equity purchase.Buy in as a shareholder from the outset.
Pathway to equity.Start as managing pharmacist on a salary, under a structured, contracted path to acquiring equity over an agreed period.

It is not essential — the salaried pathway exists for pharmacists who are not there yet.

Apex Pharmacy Management sits behind the pharmacy — buying, pricing, marketing, payroll, compliance and monthly reporting, with a Pharmacy Business Manager on the ground in Victoria.

What you need
Full general AHPRA registration — not provisional.
Overseas-trained pharmacists with full general registration are welcome.
And a genuine willingness to live regionally.
