About the Role
Are you the kind of person who remembers names, enjoys helping others, and can turn a busy day into a positive experience for everyone around you?
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while helping our practice run smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
Greeting patients and making them feel comfortable and cared for
Managing appointments, recalls, and scheduling




Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Maintaining accurate patient records
Coordinating treatment appointments and patient communications
d the broader team with administrative tasks
About You
You'll be someone who:
Enjoys working with people and providing outstanding customer service
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask
Brings a positive attitude and a strong team spirit
Has reception or administration experience (dental experience is highly regarded but not essential)
Dental Assisting experience and wanting a change in role.
Is confident using computers and learning new systems
