Townsville Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse, Cardiac Patient Education, to provide expertise, education, and support to patients with Cardiology and Cardiothoracic conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings.
The role works within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating the inpatient journey and pre-admission clinics, applying evidence-based guidelines and delivering patient-focused education and support.
