We are seeking a highly organised Construction Scheduler to manage trade sequencing across multiple active sites.
This is not an entry-level admin role.
We want someone who understands construction flow, critical path, and the impact scheduling has on build times and margins.
You will work directly with the National Building Manager to drive program accuracy and trade performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage trade scheduling across a high-volume build portfolio
Maintain and update construction programs daily
Sequence trades to protect build timeframes
Identify delays early and implement solutions
Communicate clearly with Site Supervisors, Suppliers and Trades
Ensure job readiness prior to bookings
Maintain accurate system and document control

Experience working within a volume building environment
Strong understanding of construction stages and trade sequencing
Ability to manage pressure and competing priorities
Decisive, organised and solutions-focused
Strong communication and negotiation skills
