Working closely with our sales and warehouse teams, you'll manage online sales enquiries, process customer orders, and support warehouse operations.
This is a hands‐on, varied role that combines customer service with practical warehouse duties, offering the opportunity to develop into a broader sales role over time.
Key responsibilities
Looking after online sales enquiries and processing customer orders
Providing friendly, helpful service and keeping customers updated on their orders
Learning our products and sales processes, with a view to taking on more sales responsibilities
Helping in the warehouse including picking and packing orders
Keeping work areas clean, organised and tidy
Assisting with general day-to-day tasks as needed
About you
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn




Enjoys helping customers and is interested in developing a career in sales
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Has valuable attention to detail and takes pride in getting orders right
Is reliable, organised and happy to pitch in
Is comfortable with hands‐on warehouse work
Previous customer service, online sales or warehouse experience would be welcome, but a willingness to learn and contribute is just as important
A varied role combining online sales, customer service and warehouse work
