TLC Healthcare is seeking a Graduate Registered Nurse to join our Whittlesea aged care home.
You will work alongside experienced clinicians to deliver resident-centred nursing care and participate in assessments, care planning and medication administration.
As a new graduate, you will benefit from mentorship, ongoing career development, and a supportive team focused on high-quality outcomes for residents.
AHPRA registration and Australian work eligibility are required.
