Green Olive at Red Hill is looking for an experienced Chef to join our passionate kitchen team.
Set among our olive grove and vineyard in Main Ridge, our farm-to-table restaurant is built around seasonal produce, much of it grown right here on the farm.

What you'll be doing
Preparing, cooking and plating high-quality seasonal plates for the menu
Running small-group cooking classes for corporate clients
Working with the team to develop new menu items and specials that showcase our produce
Supporting, training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently
Bringing a positive, skilled attitude that lifts the whole team
What we're looking for
At least 5 years' experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant




A formal culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience
Confidence presenting to groups, and enjoyment of teaching others
The ability to stay calm and consistent under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for farm-grown, seasonal produce
Ability to run small group cooking classes such as fresh pasta making
