Aintree Core 24 service at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust provides comprehensive mental health assessments for ED presentations and referred inpatients, with 24/7/365 coverage and organisational change to enhance flexibility along Urgent Care pathways.
The named nurse/care coordinator leads assessment, planning and evaluation under a recovery-focused model within the MDT.
You will supervise care for high-risk cases, liaise with families and carers, and contribute to safeguarding and service
