The Whistler Maitland has been a fan favorite for over 10 years, with a very busy modern Australian bistro & recently renovated function room.
We are seeking a passionate Chef to join our hard working professional team on a full time basis.
You will be experienced in a pub environment and someone who will enjoy the fast paced workplace.
We are located in the Maitland CBD precinct & enjoy both wonderful loyal clientele & visitor's alike.
The ideal candidate will be very hands on experienced in all areas of a busy bistro.
Our bistro is known for delivering high-quality steaks & ribs therefore grill, pans & fryer experience is an advantage.
The Whistler has strong awareness of food safety & hygiene standards.
A strong attention to detail & food presentation will also be looked on favourably
