Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing instructional design team.




Drive scalable learning operations, including release readiness, localisation and quality assurance.
Partner with senior leaders to align learning outcomes with customer success and business objectives.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications or a related discipline.
5+ years' instructional design experience, including leadership, coaching and team development responsibilities.
Strong experience designing digital, blended and self-paced learning solutions for complex software or technical environments.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, translating technical concepts into effective learning experiences.
Experience establishing instructional design standards, quality controls and scalable content-development processes.
Strong knowledge of contemporary learning technologies, authoring tools, content governance and AI-enabled learning practices.
