Will be working across different meal services including conferencing, banquets, buffet, a la carte
Working as part of a small team of professionals

Skills & Experience
Cert III Commercial Cookery
Minimum 2yrs experience in a restaurant
Food Safety Certification.
Excellent communicator.
Flexibility to work around a varying roster
Willingness to learn different sections & cuisines.
Has a high level of personal morale and appearance.
A positive and calm attitude
