This is their flagship project and one of four mid-rise residential projects planned for construction over the next five years.
Which will be worth around $100M on total once completed.

You've got a Construction Management Degree and have graduated.
You've got three or four years of experience in Australia and have completed at least two projects as a Contract Administrator, preferably over $10M.
You understand how to write a basic scopes of work, procurement, and contract variations.
