Job Description
Must Have Skills:
· Solid understandingof UAT methodologies, business process validation, and acceptance criteria.
· Proficient in testcase design, traceability to business requirements, and defect lifecyclemanagement.




· Excellent stakeholdermanagement and communication—able to align business, product, andengineering.
· Ability to plan andrun structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting.
· Proven experience withAzure DevOps Work Items and Boards
· Familiarity with testautomation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.
· Experience withcontact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot ServiceWorkspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR)
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in
insurancedomain
is a plus
