NSW Health Recent England North West Mental Health Service is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join the Northwest Community Mental Health Team, delivering recovery-focused care to adults in the local community.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support patients on their recovery journey.
Current registration with AHPRA is required.
The role includes care coordination, assessments, IM injections, and active participation in service
