Proven experience withWindows Server administration.
Solid knowledge ofPKI and certificate management- experience withKeyFactor Commandpreferred.
Hands‐onActive Directory and Domain Controllerexperience.
Experience withEntra Connect and Entra ID-configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity withAzure AVD and Nerdio- fordesktop virtualization.
Experienceintegrating on‐prem identity with cloud services.
Scripting skills- forautomation and operational tasks.
Solidtroubleshooting and incident managementskills.
Goodcommunication skillsand ability to work withincross‐functional teams.

Operate and maintainWindows Server environments- includingpatching, hardening, and troubleshooting.
ManagePKI and certificate lifecycle-design, issue, renew, and revoke certificates; administerKeyFactor Command.
AdministerActive Directory and Domain Controllers- includingGPOs, replication, and AD health.
Supportcloud identity and connectivity-Entra Connect, Entra ID, andintegration with on‐prem systems.
ManageAWS Connect- integrations and related cloud services.
Deploy and supportAzure Virtual Desktop- environments anduser profiles.
AdministerNerdio- orAVD provisioning and management.
Participate inincident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
Automate operational tasksusingscriptingwhere appropriate.
Documentrunbooks, run regularhealth checks, and provideknowledge transfer.
Highly desirable
VMware- administration experience.
CyberArk Machine Identityor othermachine identity managementexperience.
Experience withAWS services.
Certifications such asMicrosoft Certified - Azure Administrator,Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or relevantsecurity certifications.
