Lumia Care Pty is seeking Community Support Workers to assist elderly clients in their own homes across the North East Victoria region.
You will provide social support, companionship, and help with daily tasks to support protected, independent living while staying connected to the community.
The role offers mentoring, paid induction, and ongoing training.
A weekday roster is typical (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm) with a minimum 3–4 days availability.
