MiTek Asia Pacific is seeking a curious, practical Technical Support Representative to support customers across Australia and Current Zealand using our specialist design and manufacturing software.
This role involves diagnosing software, design and modelling issues, understanding customer goals, and guiding them to practical solutions.
Experience in Australian construction, timber framing, frame and truss, drafting, CAD, engineering or building products would be advantageous.
