Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives within a large, complex organisation.
This role focuses on business analysis, strategic planning and investment decisions, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
Developbusiness cases, investment proposals and strategic roadmaps.
Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Support financial modelling and strategic planning.
Develop future-state operating models and business solutions.
Engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
Provide guidance to Business Analysts and improve BA practices.
Key Requirements




StrongSenior Business Analyst experiencein complex organisations.
Experience developingbusiness cases and investment proposals.
Solid requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of financial modelling and strategic planning.
Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly Regarded
Experience inaviation, infrastructure, heavy industry or regulated environments.
Knowledge ofBABOK, PRINCE2, Lean or similar frameworks.
Experience withExcel, Power BI or SQL.
