Knight Fuel Pty Ltd operates a busy restaurant in Rural Queensland.
The Restaurant Manager will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, oversee daily operations, manage bookings and events, and monitor stock and supplier relationships.
The role includes budgeting, compliance with food safety, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The position is full time (minimum 38 hours/week) with a base package of AU$75,000–AU$85,000 plus superannuation.
