Transport For NSW is seeking a people-focused Operations Manager to lead the protected, reliable delivery of ferry services across NSW.
The role oversees nine ferry crossings, a 24/7 rostering system, and a team of about 85 staff, with a focus on safety, performance and customer outcomes.
Based in Grafton or Holbrook with regular travel to other ferry locations, you will work with maintenance teams, manage HR and industrial relations, and drive a high-performing workplace.
