About the Role
Provide individualised 1:1 support to NDIS participants
Assist with daily living activities and personal goals
Support participants to access the community and attend appointments
Encourage independence, choice, and skill development




Build positive and professional relationships with participants and their families
Complete progress notes and required documentation
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related field (preferred)
Experience supporting people with disabilities
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, compassionate, and participant-focused approach
