Through Rio Tinto's partnership with Chandler Macleod, we are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator for Brockman 4.
This is a great opportunity to join a safety-focused team working on site with Rio Tinto.
You'll work alongside experienced crews, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to protected and reliable outcomes.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Operating dozers in a production mining environment
Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting equipment defects
Working safely and efficiently to achieve production targets
Communicating effectively with supervisors and fellow operators
Adhering to site safety standards, procedures and operational requirements
About You
Demonstrated experience operating dozers within an open pit mining environment
Previous experience working on large-scale mining operations
Current Australian Driver's Licence and relevant operating tickets




Ability to safely and efficiently operate dozers in a production setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Dedication to everyone's safety
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and other testing
