Membership and Sales Officer
to enhance and support PCYC Innisfailoperations by ensuringall members and customers receive the highest level of customerservice.

Your NewRole
You will be at theforefront responding to club enquiries, providing advice andinformation as well as partaking in up-selling and cross-selling ofPCYC products and services.
You will also prepare point of saledevices including cash registers and electronic swipe devices inaddition to some office administration.
In Addition this role willundertake facility inspections, including travel paths, bathroomcleanliness and safety checks,



completing cleaning duties whenrequired, and conducting water quality assessments at aquaticfacilities.

AboutYou
Minimum 12months experience working in a customer service or salesrole
Intermediateskills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,Outlook)
Current FirstAid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain)
Qualification inFitness, Sport and Recreation or similar or interest indeveloping in this area (nice to have but notrequired)
