Cater Care Group is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead the Mad Mex team at Sydney Domestic Airport.
This permanent full time role (38 hours per week) is ideal for hospitality, retail or kitchen professionals ready to advance into leadership.
You'll manage shifts, ensure smooth operations, deliver top service, support food preparation, uphold food safety standards and contribute to team development.
RSA and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications are required, with start times from 5.00am.
