We are seeking a reliable, conscientious, and proactive Full-Time Vineyard & Property Worker to join our team in a year-round capacity.

Requirements & Experience
Prior experience in viticulture, horticulture, or agricultural operations highly regarded.




Competence in operating modern agricultural tractors and associated implements.
Current Driver's Licence (essential).
High attention to detail, proactive mindset ("finishing blocks properly before moving on"), and strong communication skills.
Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors across all South Gippsland seasons.
Valid and unrestricted Australian working rights.
