A conveyancing lawyer role running Queensland residential and commercial conveyancing files from A to Z under the Queensland Conveyancing Protocol, from our Brisbane CBD (Spring Hill), Bayside (Wynnum) and Gold Coast (Paradise Point) offices, with hybrid work by agreement.
Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients
Conduct property searches and due diligence enquiries, prepare settlement figures and arrange settlements
In house stamping of contracts and transfers, and PEXA workspaces
Liaise with clients, agents, law firms, banks and brokers
Generous salary, performance based bonuses and adaptable work arrangements
