Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role.
This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, offering a transparent pathway to Store Manager.
You will lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach the team to meet sales targets, manage VM and promotions, and uphold Universal Store standards on a Sunday–Thursday roster.
