Cater Care Group is seeking a State Manager – Operations to lead our Queensland portfolio across aged care, retirement living and education.
You will champion culinary quality, mentor site managers and kitchen teams, and ensure each resident experiences dignity and nourishment daily.
You will spend significant time on-site, travel regionally and build solid client partnerships while upholding safety, budget, and quality standards across multiple sites.
