Mercy Health is seeking a Technical Support Officer to deliver high-quality IT services within our Desktop team. You will provide reliable 1st and 2nd line support to end users, ensuring incidents are resolved in line with service standards.The role focuses on desktop, laptop, peripheral and mobile device support, with deployment assistance and robust customer service.
