WesTrac's School-Based Trainee Program invites current Year 10 students to start a hands-on path toward a Plant Mechanic or Auto Electrician career.
This fixed-term traineeship runs for approximately 18 months with real workshop experience and a nationally recognised qualification.
You will work one day a week (eight hours) at WesTrac and complete external training, with mentoring and progress reviews to support your pathway into apprenticeships in automotive and mining trades.
