We are seeking a
Program Worker
to join our
Housing and Homelessness team
on a part-time basis of 35 hours per week in Grafton,to help make a positive social change, together.

Supporting people with housing pathways
Networking with other professionals and service providers
Provide practice that is strengths based, person-centred, solutions-focused in line with Social Futures Case Management Framework requirements
Provide high-quality person-centred individual and/or family case management
What we're looking for
Experience providing high-quality person-centred individual and/or family case management
Previous experience working within homelessness or a similar sectorDemonstrated well-developed organisational,



time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
