Opportunity for an experienced Foreman to join a leading construction contractor on a major building remediation project valued at $30M+ in Sydney.
This is an immediate start opportunity on a 6 month contract, with potential for permanent employment as the business continues to build its project team and secure further projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will play a key role in driving site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
We're looking for a strong site leader who is hands‐on, organised and confident holding subcontractors accountable.
Someone who can take ownership of their area, drive productivity and keep the project moving.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate construction works across the project.
Manage and drive subcontractor performance, productivity and programme.
Monitor progress against programme and proactively address delays or issues.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality and safety requirements.
Maintain site processes, documentation, reporting and construction records.




Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to achieve project milestones.
About You
Previous experience as a Foreman or Senior Foreman on medium to large-scale construction projects.
Background in apartment construction, building remediation or complex refurbishment projects highly regarded.
Solid subcontractor management skills with the ability to drive site productivity and programme.
Confident leading site teams and holding people accountable.
Highly organised with a strong understanding of construction processes, documentation and reporting.
A proactive and hands‐on approach with the ability to take ownership and get things done.
