Here, payroll is more than numbers (though accuracy matters).
It's about trust.
Knowing pay lands when it should.
Knowing leave balances add up.
Knowing the details were handled properly, with care, not shortcuts.
If you value precision, accountability, and work that genuinely makes a difference, you'll feel right at home.
You'll also enjoy flexibility, meaningful work, and a team that supports your growth and wellbeing.
Here's what you can expect:
Clear career pathways and learning opportunities

Leave loading to make your time off work a little sweeter
Flexible and hybrid working options
Fitness Passport access to gyms and wellness facilities

You'll:

Reconcile payroll, submit third‐party payments and follow issues through to resolution
Deliver month‐end and year‐end reporting with the Payroll Services and Finance teams

Pitch in when needed, because we back each other!
You will Thrive in this role if you
Have 3 -5 years' payroll experience in a medium to large organisation
Know Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance inside out
Are comfortable with end‐to‐end payroll reporting, reconciliations and leave accruals
Use payroll systems and Excel confidently (experience with Aurion and Ohai is a bonus)
Can explain payroll clearly to non‐financial colleagues and external partners
Stay calm, organised and adaptable when priorities shift
Work well independently, value teamwork, and treat confidentiality as non‐negotiable
Are willing to complete the required criminal history checks
Belonging Starts Here
We believe real care starts with real belonging.
That means creating a workplace where everyone - no matter their background, culture, or story - feels seen, respected, and safe to be themselves.
We welcome applications from First Nations people, the LGBTIQA+ community, people with disabilities, and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Your story matters here.
