CEVA Logistics is seeking a driven LEAN Agent to join our Hazelmere team in WA.
You will partner with regional and industry teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and boost operational efficiency while complying with Lean and OHS&E; standards.
You will lead process improvements, re-engineer workflows, train staff on Kaizen methods, and develop tools such as 5S, scheduling dashboards, and productivity reports to support site accreditation programs.
