Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Store Services Lead to drive a multi-store Proactive Services team.
You will coach a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, while creating rosters and collaborating with Store Leadership to plan priorities.
You'll also manage attendance, hours, and budgets for consumables, while contributing hands-on to daily operations.
A adaptable, physically active role in a retail environment is required.
