As we begin to grow our business, we are looking for
Transaction & Commercial Advisors
to join our team in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for
career professionals (5+ years' experience)
who are interested in working on complex infrastructure and energy projects to grow and build the business alongside a highly experienced leadership team.
The Role
You will be part of the senior team driving the delivery of
transaction, commercial and strategic advisory services
for major infrastructure and energy projects.
Typical activities may include:
Leading the planning and delivery of procurement and transaction processes for complex infrastructure and energy projects
Managing commercial strategy, packaging and contract development to support successful project outcomes
Leading client engagement,



governance processes and senior stakeholder management across government and private sector projects
Overseeing procurement documentation, evaluation processes and negotiation activities through to contract award
Providing strategic commercial advice on project delivery models, risk allocation and market approach
Leading market engagement activities and helping clients interpret market feedback to inform procurement strategy
Preparing and reviewing high‐quality client reports, decision papers and executive briefings
Managing multidisciplinary project teams and contributing to the development of junior team members
Supporting business development, client relationships and the growth of new advisory opportunities
Skills required
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:
A
university degree
in engineering, economics, finance, commerce, law, construction management or a related field
More than five years of relevant industry experience
Experience in
infrastructure sector
, including areas such as rail, renewable energy, water or utilities
Experience working within
project management, advisory, commercial or transaction environments
Robust analytical and written communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced consulting environment
