Infinite Aged Care Cornubia invites an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to lead resident care, coordinate clinical services, and support staff on a Monday–Friday roster with afternoon shifts.
As a key clinical leader, you will oversee care plans, ensure compliance with standards, mentor RNs/ENs/PCWs, collaborate with GPs and hospitals, and drive quality improvements across our not-for-profit homes.
