HR Business Partner
to support the business unit and variousprojects across QLD and NSW.
The opportunity
This
HR Business Partner
will provide practical HR advice and support to Managersand project teams across recruitment, onboarding, performance, employeerelations and development.
The role helps develop and implement company-wide HRpolicies and programs, adapts their delivery to project needs, and supportsfair, consistent decisions that meet business requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Located in the Milton Office, this is a varied role from day today.
Duties would include (but not limited):
Oversee workforce planning with operationalleads to drive an understanding of project and businessrequirements
Supportin the onboarding of new employees into the business
Workdirectly with the business to address any grievances and/or disputes aswell as conducting any workplace investigations
Interpret awards and enterprise agreements andprovide practical advice on employment conditions
Coach managers to set clear performanceexpectations and address any performance concerns
Contribute to the development, review andimplementation of HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate HR information and supporteffective use of HR systems
Support a positive, inclusive and high-performanceculture within Bielby
Ideally, You'll Bring
Relevant experience as a HR Business Partner in a generalist role ideally in construction or heavy industry
A good understand of employment law and the Fair Work Act with the ability to interpret awards
Strong working knowledge of right of entry procedures and their application
Ability to develop and deliver HR plans and projects that support business objectives
Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle as well as learning and development




Ability to learn and adapt to different HR systems (Cornerstone HR experience beneficial but not essential)
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications
