About the role
Take the lead in delivering exceptional service. We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team full-time in Altona North, VIC. You'll oversee day-to-day operations across assigned contracts, build strong client relationships, lead workforce performance and ensure compliance—keeping services running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Client relationship management
Workforce planning and rostering oversight
Site compliance and quality assurance
KPI reporting and performance management
Recruitment support and workforce development
Incident management and escalation
Leadership, coaching and mentoring of staff
Contract performance and service delivery
Budget and operational support responsibilities as directed
Key Performance Indicators
Performance may be assessed against:
Client satisfaction outcomes
Contract compliance requirements
Operational efficiency measures
Staff retention and engagement
Financial and operational targets
Leadership and team development outcomes
What we're looking for




Experience managing operational service delivery, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and contract requirements.
Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with clients, staff and other stakeholders.
Sound workforce planning and rostering skills, with the ability to maintain coverage and support efficient operations.
A practical understanding of site compliance, quality assurance and service delivery standards.
The ability to monitor KPIs, prepare clear reports and use operational information to identify improvements.
A hands-on leadership style, with experience coaching and mentoring teams and supporting recruitment and workforce development.
Sound judgement when responding to incidents, resolving issues and escalating matters appropriately.
Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness, including the ability to support budgets and operational targets.
