The Opportunity
As a Senior CRA,



you will have the opportunity to manage your assigned sites and studies within a dedicated sponsor environment, taking ownership of your monitoring responsibilities while working closely with an experienced clinical team.
The FSP structure offers the benefits of working within a CRO, combined with the consistency of being embedded with one sponsor. You'll have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the sponsor's systems, processes and clinical operations, without the need to constantly transition between different clients.
About You
Previous experience working as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), ideally at Senior CRA level.
Strong clinical monitoring experience within the Australian clinical trials environment.
Ability to independently manage assigned sites and monitoring activities.
Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working within a sponsor-dedicated FSP model.
