About the Role
As a Storeperson, you'll play a key role in managing the receipt, storage, handling and distribution of Defence equipment and supplies. You'll work within a secure Defence environment where attention to detail, accountability and safety are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and despatching freight
Picking and packing Defence inventory
Stock control and inventory management
Operating forklifts and MHE
Conducting stocktakes
Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Maintaining accurate documentation
Supporting Defence compliance requirements
What You'll Bring
Warehouse or logistics experience
LF Forklift Licence
LO Licence (advantageous)
Current Driver Licence
Experience with WMS systems
Strong attention to detail
Safety-first approach
Team-focused attitude
Essential Requirements
Australian Citizenship
Eligible to obtain an AGSVA Security Clearance
Ability to pass medical and background checks
