Join the energetic Contact Centre team, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing support with bookings, freight enquiries, and general service information. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone with robust communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.

This role is commencing immediately on a temporary basis through to the end of January 2027.

Attributes
Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume customer service role
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems (preferred)
A proactive and skilled approach to customer service
