Altitude is seeking a proactive Customer Engagement Specialist to join a thriving auto parts distributor in Keysborough, VIC.

This role combines phone based sales, customer support and relationship building, offering a excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys matching customers with the right parts and takes pride in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, interpreting parts requirements and converting calls into sales invoices
Achieve monthly team and personal sales budgets, including phone conversion targets
Manage warranty claims, customer returns and associated paperwork with accuracy
Conduct customer visits under the guidance of the Sales Manager, logging visit notes and meeting visit KPIs




Follow up customer payments and support purchasing, cold calling and daily cash logs as required.

Key Requirements:
Relevant experience in a similar role in any industry
Robust knowledge of automotive and vehicle parts, with the ability to interpret parts requirements accurately
Exceptional customer service focus across all channels: written, phone and face to face
Sound understanding of sales over the phone, with excellent attention to detail and written skills
Professional, confident and positive approach with a willingness to learn.
